The Kanban Systems Improvement (KMP2 course) is a 2-day Kanban training class for managers, developers, and anyone wanting to learn about the complex demands of a multi-teamed organization and explores how to maintain momentum beyond initial improvements realized from a successful Kanban implementation.

Kanban Systems Improvement Certification (KMP2)
All participants completing the Kanban Systems Improvement course will receive KMP2 certification. The KMP2 course has been accredited by David J Anderson (creator of the Kanban Method) and Kanban University. Upon completion of the course, attendees will receive the Kanban Management Professional (KMP) designation and Digital KMP status certificate attached to the Kanban University website profile.
You will receive a certificate of completion and a listing in the Kanban University member directory. KMP2 is part 2 of the Kanban Management Professional (KMP) certification. To obtain the Certified Kanban Management Professional certification, you must complete part 2 following completion of part 1.

Attendees who attend the Kanban Systems Improvement (KMP2) course and go on to pass the KMP II certification assessment will receive:

The Kanban Systems Improvement course (KMP2 course) is a two-day Kanban training class, certified by Lean Kanban University. It is for managers, developers, and anyone wanting to learn how to improve the Kanban systems. The KMP2 course lays the foundations of the Kanban Method… teaching you the principles, practices, and processes.
In order to obtain KMP2 certification, you do NOT need to take an assessment. Those students taking a Kanban University accredited KMP2 course will become certified KMP2 eligible to become members of the Kanban University.Â
There is no exam associated with KMP2 certification.
