Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) Course

Professional Scrum Product Owner™ Course Overview

These days, Agile Product Ownership requires much more than just being able to write a User Story or manage a Product Backlog…

In our 2-day Scrum.org Professional Scrum Product Owner™ (PSPO) training course, trainees are taught how to maximise the delivery of value through software products and systems.

Professional Product Owners need a strong understanding of everything that drives value from their products and the PSPO course helps you to develop your agile approach right through from the earliest Stakeholder interactions to Release Planning and delivery.

Over the 2 days of the PSPO course, students will develop and solidify their knowledge of the role of the Product Owner in Scrum through instruction and team-based exercises. The breadth of the Product Owner role’s responsibilities in delivering a successful product will become more clear from an Agile perspective. Furthermore, during the PSPO course, metrics are identified to track the creation of value and the successful delivery of the product to the marketplace.
