Improv-ing Agile Teams

Improv-ing Agile Teams…

Take your communication and leadership skills from adequate to exceptional, and help improve your Agile teams, using the skills of improvised theatre.

Improv-ing Agile Teams

Created by Paul Goddard, the Improv-ing Agile Teams certified modular training programme is split across five high-energy pick-and-mix sessions to develop Agilists communication, presentation and leadership skills using the rules, collaborative principles, and game constraints of improvised theatre.

Help Agile teams collaborate more effectively and how purposefully working within constraints can unlock creativity.

Being modular, you can attend one or many of the pick-and-mix sessions and in any order.

Improv-ing Agile Teams Certified

If you attend all five sessions of the Improv-ing Agile Teams course, you will become IAT certified; demonstrating knowledge and understanding of:

  • How to increase engagement with your Agile team members;
  • Resilience from accepting failure and being positive;
  • How to collaborate through co-creation with others;
  • Creative problem-solving techniques and coaching styles.

The modules are pick-and-mix, so you can do in any order and still certify once you have completed all five.
