What is the Sprint Retrospective event?
The Sprint retrospective is a Scrum event where a meeting is facilitated by the Scrum Master after the Sprint Review session with the Scrum Team. The team discusses the just-done sprint and identifies what could be improved in order to make the next sprint better. The purpose of this meeting is not just to identify the improvement areas but also to see through the best practices followed by the team during the Sprint that should be continued. The outcome of the meeting will give a sense of satisfaction to the team on their accomplishment and also sets a roadmap of improvement opportunities.
